Heya Sythe, I'm going to be purchasing my first bot within the hour and I'm wondering a bot to make some cash and PLEASE DON'T SAY AUTOFIGHTER! I'd like to do fletching or perhaps Woodcutting which is the best of each bot?

Out of the 2 you listed, fletching and wc.
I think i would go for Wc.

    Heres is why!
    -99 wc is more respectable
    -Wc mastery cape is nicer
-You can do more with Wc, eg cut magics or yews and make some cash.

If your really after cash i would suggest buying both a hunter bot and bot chins and then buy a Puro puro bot. Or you could do 91 hunter your self because hunter bots tend to have a higher ban rate than other because its so commonly botted.

Thanks for the feedback! I'd like to also get an opinion on a fletching bot as well. Also a question is it possible to chat with people on RS while running a bot?

Fletching adds little value to an account. WC is good because the cape is reputable, it's a slow 99, and it makes some cash.

You can chat on RS with all bots, I believe. Even Robotz in Disguise, which takes over your mouse.

See I'd rather buy Fletching bot because fletching is one of the fastest skillcapes in the game and as long as the bot add's even small value to the account I could really care less.

I hate runecrafting with a burning passion! Also I only have about 8m cash ATM.

If you just want it for your main, 99 Fletching is good. 8m cash is enough, but you'll have to do a lot of GE runs. It's kind of cool to have a skillcape on a main, but I never use my capes anymore because Fire Cape/SW Cloak are much better.
