If the skill costs money to bot, you must have the money already, unless I am Woodcutting, and then Firemaking(example)

I am just starting, so I am going cheap. If paying by paypal(Gift only, with note saying 'I have already received the virtual item, and I will not chargeback as that is against the seller's policy)
If paying by RSGP, We will talk about a price
Each skill will cost a different price, as some are way faster bots than others(eg: cooking, firemaking, and fletching are the fastest levels)
Payments will be by the hour! Every 10 hours of service gets 2 free hours!
