Which pack can I take?

Steam has done it again with prices that put consoles to shame with their annual summer sale. However, I was specifically eyeing two of their packs- the 2K pack and the Square Enix and Eidos pack. Both have great games that I've always wanted to play, but I was debating which one to get. Based on your personal experience, which pack is better?
