need help with a chargeback on my league account

So flashback to 2 years ago, i sold my league acc that was lvl 20 and had some nice skins, the guy scammed me. I didn't bother recovering the account last summer and i found out he has spent like $200. Once the acc was mine, i got banned and the support told me there was a chargeback..
what do i do

 

Firstly, if you wanted your account back you should of recovered it immediately.
This could also be portrayed as a scheme from your side, in order for the buyer (scammer) to spend money on the account (and level it to 30) to then get it back.
That aside though, they are probably inclined to believe that, that account is his, and if you do not give solid evidence as to who is the owner they probably wont give out the account. If you happen to provide solid evidence, they will of course remove any belongings that were bought with stolen rp/fake money from the charge-back.

If you tell them about that, they'll probably remove everything he bought and return the account to you.
