Amit93 was a old account I used on these forums which was hacked from me years ago which was a result from my email being hacked.

As for osbot, I had 2 accounts on that website which was not permitted. So they banned 1 of my accounts. I dont see how has anything to do with me being on sythe now? If you look @ ip logs of the amit93 account, you can clearly see that it was indeed hacked.

I dont know where to go from this point. I have been legit and done nothing wrong whilst on sythe on this account

Instead of making a new account you should have tried to deal with the ban on your old one. The existence of your current account in itself is a violation of Sythe.org rules. Assuming your old account was banned for scamming regardless of whether or not it was hacked, you will be required to repay the victims. Also I hope you were legitimately hacked because if you're lying staff can also check this. Feel free to post evidence of your OSBot ban reason instead of making pointless claims similar to those made by any other scammer/ban evader that it wasn't their fault and they've done nothing wrong.

 

Lol, I was not aware of this. I didn't even know that my account was in use or banned until you happened to bring it up. If i may ask, what was the ban reason?

According to these and through a thorough examination of your posts it seems your account or you (still to be determined) decided to use fraudulent paypals/stolen credit cards to purchase gold off of several users which the money was later, naturally, charged back from them. Multiple users were scammed.

On top of the 2 reports listed you seemingly scammed many others.

#1, majority of those people are banned or inactive. #2, my email randomly went from [email protected] to [email protected]????, #3 I have not tried to buy any gp on sythe as of yet?. As for the osbot reason, u can try looking at forums but I made a new account a pm'd a admin and he deleted that account because I was breaking the multiple account rule.

Dont you think that if I was really here to scam, I would use a different email than my main one?

I have only done questing jobs thus far and have not gotten 1 complaint.

 

I am not here to argue with you but as stated above you are in violation of Sythe.org rules and no amount of argument in the world will keep you from being banned.

Additionally, the email mentioned by Fooolmaster was a Paypal email, which yes, could be quite different than your legitimate email. Also, as mentioned, it looks like you were using hacked paypals which would also explain the difference in email address. This also explains you "not trying to buy any gp yet" since the buying GP was clearly a quick way to profit off of a hacked paypal. Whether or not you were hacked is quite irrelevant here as you own the other profile and thus are responsible for any outstanding debts. I simply stated after claiming you were hacked it'd better be true as staff can check this. You will be required to pay back victims regardless.

As per pardon requirements they will require you to contact the inactive ones and give 1 month's effort into paying them back via contact attempts. Banned users if banned for scamming the money will go to their victims, if something else they may still ask you to contact them or they may decide on a more recent scam victim who lost a similar amount to receive the money. None of these things are likely to be decided here and will more than likely be handled in the Dispute/Request a Pardon stage which will come after you are banned and will be handled by staff, not myself.

As for the OSBot information feel free to post that if you get evidence prior to your ban or include it in your dispute.

Since you looked up all this information, Want to get me the contact information of the people i supposedly "scammed". Seems like too much effort for me.

 

This will likely be handled by staff at a later date following your ban. A lot of information is likely private and will only be obtainable by them via registration info.

 

Still dont understand why im held responsible for a hacker on my account using a different account. Even the ip must have been different?
