It is clearly seen that the 500m was obtained on January 2 until the 14th the 2 weeks are not fulfilled, they would be fulfilled on the 16th. [5] [1] [6]

In the image [6] below my message appears accepting the terms, what happens is that since the 14th he has been looking for the gold and making me wait since that day, a nice way to treat the workers.

So it appears you requested deposit back 01/14/24 - TOS indicates two weeks timeframe.
