Imxtoeknee Scammed me

Note: I didn't take any screenshots of me buying the guide but there isnt really a need for them since there is already enough proof of me buying the guide on his thread.

K well I bought Imxtoeknee's guide to making 1.5m-2m/hour and now he won't give me a refund and he blocked me on msn for doing so for the following reasons:

1. The guide he is selling is horribly horribly wrong. It was verified without actually testing it. He CLAIMS that it does 1.5-2m/hour when that is actually impossible. At the time of verification, I bought the guide and it was less than 500k/hour. Now the item involved has dropped and its less than 400k/hour.

2. I talked to Ben and he said he would talk to Imtoexknee (the seller of the guide) and that Imtoexknee should give me a refund. I talked on msn with imtoexknee and he totally refused to give me a refund and he stated "I don't care." If you scroll down on his thread there is a screenshot he posted saying that. Afterwards I got mad at him and I cussed at him and he blocked me.

3. He says that he wont give me a refund because nobody else even complained about it. Well the fact is, he has only sold 2 copies, 1 to me and 1 to the other guy. The other guy couldn't even do it because the quest requirement gives defence xp and he was going to do it on a pure. So I am the only person who has complained and he won't give me a refund.

Quick summary of what happened:
1. I bought his guide
2. I test his guide it clearly fails
3. I talk to him about it and I demand a refund
4. Imxtoeknee blocks me on msn and I start posting on his thread
5. He continues to deny that the guide is 1.5m-2m/hour when it never was/will be
6. I made this report.

Edit: I deleted his guide off my computer but to whoever is looking at this, I can tell them method over msn or you can pm me requesting to see what it is. And then you can get ben to verifiy that I told you Imtoexknee's guide and not something thats bs..


Oh and When I purposelly sent a PM trying to tease Imxtoeknee after his thread got locked, look what he writes back:
