Why does nobody appreciate Loyalty and Realness?

I Really hate this world.
Why Isnt anybody genuine ..? i mean for example the group of people i have been surrounding myself with lately are all fake,two faced, whatever you want to call it. Really i just dont understand why people cannot distinguish somebody who is Genuine ie myself.. i never "gossip" behind peoples backs if i have a problem with somebody ill walk right up to them and address them... These B****'s wait till there alone to Hate on people.. i find it weak and fake and bitchy. This stuff is really affecting me i just cannot find a human being who is like myself, I may be paranoid but i think ill do better in this world if i go it alone rambo style, im 18 next week and im currently working as an administator.. but the thing is i dont wana be lonely in life but i really cannot express to anybody how i truly feel inside because i dont trust SHIT! (this is why i decided to post here, it leaves me Semi-Annonymous.)

Anybody Have a similar problem in life? im curious.

My only wish is i die real.

 

You just need to find the right people to befriend.

There's going to be idiots, backstabbers, fake people, condescending pricks, ignorant bastards wherever you go. Find the true friends who'll have your back, and you'll be good to go.

you have to understand that the people you face in everyday life all have a different ... "energy" if you will?

you find being honest, forthright, and confrontational affective on your personality. ( you find yourself to be a good person, like you said, searching for more people like you, i'm following you so far i hope!)

Personally, i have only met 2 people that i thought were REALLY similar to me, they are my good friends.

The people i work with are all older than me. I work in an office, and believe me when i say if you think highschool is bad (you're almost 18, maybe you just graduated maybe you'll be a senior, doesn't matter lol) an office is even worse...
every person i work with do the following:
gossip
talk shit
backstab
throw people under the bus
rat
lie
cheat
steal (idk for sure but wouldn't surprise me...)
and are just FAKE

You must have some friends your own age that are somewhat down to earth and genuine.. and if not, i promise there are people out there that are. one of them is typing this.
