Recommend me a mic for commentaries / vocals

Hey guys, I've been doing some stuff on YouTube lately and it involves a lot of commentary work, but my current mic is pretty bad. I'm just using the mic that's integrated into my Turtle Beach X12s (I know, kinda ghetto lol)

I'm not big into audio so I basically have no idea what I'm looking for in a mic. I want a nice condenser mic with a mount and a pop filter, I know that much. The main thing it's going to be used for is recording commentary and podcasts and that type of thing, but I'd also like to use it to do vocals every now and then. A friend and I are planning a rap, so it would be nice if I could at least get decent quality for that. I'm obviously not looking at Eminem type production quality or something, just something that will sound decent on YouTube, not like an amateur recording from a laptop mic :p

Suggestions? Any help is appreciated. Max budget is around $200 for everything, mount/pop filter included.

I was looking into the Yeti, I'd rather stay away from the Snowball though. I've heard the recording volume is extremely low and it's not very good for things like recording vocals.

Anyone else have any other recommendations?
