Comprehensive pure guide?

I recently started a pure, and having never made one before am at a bit of a loss.

If someone could link me to a good guide that explains the basic of a pure, different kinds of pures, where to train at what levels, how to get started, etc. I'd really appreciate it. Or if you know yourself, you could just post here.
