OSRS - 98cb, 1400+ total, high construction, Avernic

Hey guys! I'm not expecting anything crazy here, but I'd like to get rid of my personal OSRS account that I made in 2021 and played casually for a few months. I lost interest and my career has taken control of my schedule, so I really have no use for it anymore. It's a very average "starter main", if you will, but it has a couple of things that (in my opinion) make it great for someone to grind out and eventually carry it into the mid/late game.

Before I list the specific details, I'd like to state that:

1. I am the original creator of this account, I have always owned it and it has never been played on by anyone other than myself
2. I have not botted, used AHK or any other form of prohibited third-party software - RuneLite being the sole exception - on this account at any point
3. I have not received a single mute, ban or infraction of any kind throughout the lifespan of this account

Now, here are a few details which I assumed would be important enough to mention and that may increase the value in the eyes of a potential buyer:

• ~13m total bank value after liquidating most of my items
• Avernic Defender - although untradeable after being assembled, it is created by combining an Avernic defender hilt (worth 38,554,827gp at the time of posting) with a Dragon defender. This item has the highest Strength bonus out of any shield-slot item in the game.
• Tentacle whip, fire cape and a Seers ring (i) still in the bank
• 85 construction, 89 cooking (99 banked), 70 herblore, 75 crafting and 80 fletching are the most 'notable' non-combat stats
• High 70s in all combat related stats (attack, strength, defence, range, mage, hp and prayer)
• A nicely upgraded player-owned house (ornate pool, ornate jewelry box, fairy ring, etc) that is quite ideal for slayer/pvming/playing the game in general (don't have membership or I'd show that here)
