RS3 PC -Lvl 114 with Red PH, Hween set, Santa Hat, 10yr cape, & more

Hi folks.

I haven't played RS in the better part of a decade. I logged in recently however, and learned that my account might actually be worth a nice pile of cash. I'm definitely going to dump all of my stuff, and probably the account as well.

Since I don't know what anything is worth these days I mostly would appreciate some knowledgeable eyes to make sure I'm not overlooking anything important in the account before I list it for sale. Just a quick pass to tell me what's most valuable and [roughly] how much it's worth. I'd also be extremely grateful to any tips you have on how to go about selling it safely & securely. Thanks so much for your help!

Update with new information:
I checked the GE prices for most of the inventory and came to a total of a little over 585 million GP worth of items in addition to the party hat and the untradeable unique holiday items (spreadsheet available upon request). The account was a player mod for a good while before I quit playing it. Authenticator/advanced security has never been enabled on this account. The login is a unique 4-letter name, not an email address, but there is an email associated with the account. I am unable to hand over the original email account (still in use), but would change that email to a new one before the transfer, preferably one controlled by a trusted middleman (whom I would insist handle the sale regardless). I'm not in a rush to sell, so the process can take as long as necessary to ensure fairness for all parties.

I'm not asking for lowball offers. Wasn't honestly looking for an offer at all with this thread. I'm asking for serious help in evaluating the account's worth. I realize that 1) I'm not a recognized trader here and that 2)I could get more selling each thing individually, but I'm just looking to get out of the game. I'm not looking for top dollar, but I'm also not gonna hand it over to the first guy that strolls in with an offer.

Sell everything in the bank before you sell the account. Sell the account separately. You would get more money that way.
