Price check on a level 70 W/ easter ring

Only about 100k of wealth...but has some decent stats and would make a good main down the road with some time.
i don't know how rare these are anymore...so i figure mine as well see what they're worth!
it isn't a member. it has a veterans cape as well.
this account hasn't been played daily for at least 2 years, once every few months max..just to make sure i didn't get hacked.
may be able to get a classic cape...not 100% sure, so could you do a price with it and without it?
