It is worth well over that. The fishing alone costs 20m 07, the strength another 20m, and the questing probably another 8-10m. I would say you could get around 30-40m for that account if not more. It just depends on the buyer. Some buyers will not be interested what so ever for that fishing level so price might not be as good as you think.
