Pc for Osbuddy only, what parts to choose ?

Folks, Im having a really bad time trying to build a pc that just run the highest number of osrs/osbuddy instances. Currently i own a Fx8350 with 8gb of ram at 1866 and am able to run 11 osbuddy at once, ofc it has spikes and lags really badly but hey, its ok if all i do its just nmz training. So, what am looking for its a build that can handle about 20 instances of osbuddy if even possible and doesnt lag. I heard the best are i7 or xeons, but which one, how much ram, which mobo?

 

pretty sure its cpu intense, and barely uses your gpu.

probably a krabby lake or high end xeon.
i know an 4790k can run at least 25 with a little overlocking
