How much do people usually sell for paypal..?
And are the live cards country specific? So they can only be used in the country they're purchased?

Live subscription cards are not region/country specific, they can be used World Wide. Microsoft Points, on the other hand, are region/country specific. US MSP comes in 100, 200, 400, 1600 and 4000. Most other regions have differing MSP values.

Based on my time in the Xbox related sales section going rates for subscription codes are:

1 Month: $8-10 (lowest I have seen was sold for $2.50)
3 Month: $15-20 (lowest I have seen was $10)
12 Month: $35-40 (lowest I have seen was $25)
