Id say around 150m, should be your target. But depending on the buyer you might get more. If its a repeating letter then you hit the jackpot. Mine was "eg" which stands for something or could be short for egg however you look at it.
 
It depends on the 2nd letter. For one with little or no meaning like QJ, I would say 100-200mil.

But with a different letter with a meaning like "QT", you could get upwards of 400mil for it. 2nd letter makes a big difference

ive seen a two letter name go for 1.4B EOC so depending on the second letter i would guess 200 right up to 600 due to less demand of names as of the removal of dicing,

Different combinations are worth different prices

Numbers (10-99) usually sell for around 250m, 2 letters sell for around 200, more if they have a meaning. 1 letter 1 number combos sell for around 125m, a lot more if they have a meaning (I sold 1m for 300m because it represents something).
