Well, no vouches makes it pretty hard to sell, although you can use an Middleman to make this a bit easier, there is still a small risk to the buyer that you can submit a req and recover it, although it is very hard to get a character back once its on a jagex account, especially if jagex realizes its a sold account and the buyer has the entire jagex account, this will probably not be recoverable since it appears to still be under control of the OO or jagex would assume the jagex account is hijacked, which shouldn't happen unless info was shared/sold or email was compromised.

you can probably ask 500-750 reasonably speaking. you have some nice pets and inferno, although it won't add too much to the value in this case.
