It appears my email must have been altered by the hacker, could you please make my email (removed) or even the original email of (removed) would work. My recovery attempts using the automated system have been entirely unsuccesful, I must assure you I did go through each and every folder in my inbox. When was the last time you were active on Sythe?

 

Charlotte, I was last active on my sythe account in May of 2013, when I quit playing runescape.

 

OK, I was just trying to look into the IPs that were months prior to the supposed hack. It's all good though.

Can you tell me the number connected to the acc? Looks like it's a Kansas number.

 

Charlotte, as far as I can recall, i never had sync'ed my phone with my sythe account. The two phone numbers I have owned in my life are (removed), and (removed), the latter (removed) number being my current existing cell number.

I lived in a suburb outside of (removed) tx called (removed) the entire time I was on sythe, and last summer I moved to (removed) That number was not placed by me. I am horrified that my account was taken and abused in this way.

 

Are you able to provide proof of the birthday connected? It doesn't make sense that the hacker was from the Netherlands but the phone number is from Kansas.

There seems to be a number connected to that account but its not one of the two you've given (though it has the same area code from where you're originally from).

charlotte, im not familiar with that account, buying telos, I have never heard of it and much less had anything to do with it. Please hear me once more when I say I have no other alternate sythe accounts, and more than certaintly have never attempted to evade the ban once it was put in place, although as has been proven, the ban was put in place incorrectly.

I'd be glad to answer any further questions..

 

I really think we're at a loss for this recovery. There's no way for me to check emails/information from years ago because it eventually expires in our log after a while when new information is added (and the hacked information has been added for too long in this instance - we're pushing 4 years right now). The only thing you can prove is that you've lived in the same area before - this doesn't prove ownership of the account.
