Ok, so is it true i can make a paypal, WITHOUT NEEDING THE BANK, by getting some prepaid card or some shit? Would my paypal be verified, or legit from that? If so I'ma get one VERY soon, and start buying things off of here.

Let me know people, btw I'm only 17 at the moment.

    Paypal?

I'm pretty sure you if you apply a prepaid card (e.g. Visa) to your paypal it can be verified/send money.

You can make a paypal without a bank account and have money sent to it, but as far as i know you cant get it verified nor use any of the cash.

    Paypal?

If you make an Australian or Canadian account you can send and receive money without being verified. If you set up an American account you can only receive money until you add a gift card or get it verified.

    Paypal?

Just be careful when using an unverified Australian/Canadian PayPal account. I've used them in the past and they work wonderfully, but one dispute can get your account limited making your money inaccessible until you remove the limitation.
