Paypal/WU help.

I was just wondering.
Since I don't have anyway to verify my paypal, which mean I cant send any money.
Could I make a WU account and send and recieve money? Or do you need to verify your WU just like a paypal?

 

I'm not sure but more than likely you will have too.
If you make an Australlian paypal you can send and receive money without being verified, having a bank account, etc.

No, just make a paypal and set your country as canada, google a random canadien zip code, put it in and done. WU you have to go pick up the money and other shit, just use Canadian paypals.

The downfall of unverified is that if you get limited you re fucked

claim and cancel gets you limited and using it for a ton of transactions especially early in its life will get itmlimited.

Another contributing factor is that you will be using this from a non aus ip address
