Need some Paypal understanding help

This guy that I sold my account to, claimed a dispute so now the amount he sent is on hold. I didn't scam him or anything. He probably thinks he's clever and slick thinking that I wouldn't notice the dispute? Anyways here is a picture of it with my question. The blacked out parts are blacked out for obvious reasons. BTW It's a $43 sale. You only see $20 there because we went 5050.

Since he has tried to claim his money back, you need to click on 'Resolve Issue Now' to write an explanation as to why he chargedback and an explanation as to how well the transaction went. To better your chances of winning this claim, I recommend calling PayPal.

 

This is a paypal inquiry, you most likely are gonna lose the money.
