PayPal wants to call me?

So when ever I try to buy somthing or send any money to any one this comes up on PayPal:

For your security, we're going to call you to make sure that you own this account.

Your phone number:
*** *** **** (Home)

When would you like us to call you?
Call me now
Call me in a minute (if you need to disconnect a dial-up modem)

The thing is the phone number I have on it is fake + I've tryed putting my pre-payed credit card on another PayPal account but I get the same thing D: any help with this is appreciated

 

Hmm instead of letting them call you, you could call them ?

 

No can do xD Like I said my accounts on 100% fake info no way I can prove I own the account as far as I know

 

It's because you're using a different IP from the one you created the account with. It's an automated system that would call you to prevent unauthorized account access. If they knew it was fake, you'd be limited. However, it's probably too late as that message will come up even if you go back to your original IP. The account is flagged as potentially hacked.

It's a dead end for you unless you call and re-provide all the proof that you own that PayPal account again.
