Ohh well, i have read the sticky, and it did not help me.. So i'm asking here in general.

I have a PIN, that says so, in UK US German and Autralian Payments...


I'm blocked for an hour, and I have not tried all of the Runescape + FunOrb yet, and I rly dont hope it is FunOrb only...


Anyway...

Is there something you may have to do if you get this error?

Go to that and click: submit a billing query

Then tell them about it

That suggestion from horseshoe was probably the only thing I would have said other than keep trying the different ones

 

well... did you bought the pin from a user.??
if you maybe the pin its just invalid...

 

If the pin was invalid, you would get an "Invalid PIN" message.

 

It's either one of the 2:

1. The Pin has recently been used. All pins will say that if it has been used or the buyer has went over the 3 per phone limit.

2. You selected an incorrect Payment Window.
