    paypal help?
    my account on paypal has a $20.94 balance, but only has 1.01 of it's sending limit back. i cannot link a credit card to verify my account, so therefore my account cannot become unlimited. what happens to my money? anyway i can transfer it to my dads paypal that is verified?

    Yes once its varified you can transfer the money. If you can't get a cc off a bank, you can buy a pre-paid one from most gas stations or 7-Elevens these days.

    Until you can remove the sending limit of your paypal - your money is stuck there.
