i'm just wondering why 1-99 RC is such low price

I would like to get 74-99RC i'm just in disbelief as to how low the price is.
Please explain i'll be back online in 3-4ish hours

I can start selling some RSGP. Will make a form for selling RSGP now.

EDIT: The reason RC is so low, is because it was easy to get 8M EXP in RC. 1-99 RC takes around 1-2 months.
