I highly doubt that you will get banned but if that 1% decides to fall on you, you will only get banned for 14 days as Jagex's new update. So, I buy pins for $2 and sell the account for $20, making me $18. Also, I make 5 accounts at a time so that is $90+ I make in a week by basically just finding a good customer.
