Selling account lvl 94 100m+ in items

I stopped playing runescape years ago. Now that im in need of money im selling my account. Happy to see that santa hat is now like 80m . the account is level 94 , no level 99 (94 fletch). 249 quest points ( I had quest cape before quitting). The account has a santa hat , full dragon , and 1m cash. The account is in the green zone and i never used bot.

Looking for 100$ for the account + everything in it (including santa).
