PayPal Student Account?

Is a PayPal Student Account similar to a regular account in that you can withdraw money and send/receive payments from online so that I'd be able to use it for my sythe activities?

 

Yes, you are able to perform those functions with a paypal student account, although if you try to run something like a gold shop with a lot of payments, you might get called by paypal telling you to stop

 

Even if they were recorded such as:

Runescape GP
- Goods

So that paypal still received their fees?

 

Yes, I have one. However PayPal might be suspicious if you make an abundance of trades, especially if related to RSGP.

However, Student Accounts are limited in functionality. For example, if you want to make a chargeback or dispute a claim, then it will have to be handled by your parents or through their account.

 

Honestly, It's much easier to just setup a merchants account, or a regular account. Student account isn't worth the time IMO

 

^ What he said. Premium accounts (Business/Merchant) are less of a hassle to deal with as the recurring funds sent in and out of your account is a given for these type of accounts.

Ever since I changed my Personal Account > Premium Account, PayPal has stopped calling me to verify this and that.

 

A premium account is an extension of a regular account or simply another type of account that can be created? This would require me to be 18 and provide ID?
I am inquiring regarding Student Account as I'm only 17.

Also: How much do Premium accounts cost? Is there a timelimit for how long your account is premium for?
