Paypal / Skype Question

Recently my paypal has become permanently limited, and paypal refuse to email me back. So I'm just wondering, does anyone have a toll free number / a number that I can reach paypal on?

Also, can skype be used to call them if I create a fresh account?

You can call them even if your account is permanently limited.
Try to call them several times, if this won't help, you have no chance to get it back to normal status.

You can create a new one, but do not do it on the same computer (you can change your network card).
Change your name if possible, like Maximilian Garet to Max Garet, and try to make the other details as different as possible.

A long time ago when I had my account limited they contacted ME. Do you have any missed calls?

I won't be making a new paypal, sadly.
If they decide not to remove the limitation, I'll never use them again.

I've left them my number to contact me, but they didn't follow up.

 

To anyone who is in a similar position to me, creating a skype account and calling the number that n4n0 provided above works.

In my case "apparently'' I had an old paypal account which has a negative balance which needs to be settled before they'll unlock my current account.

In that case you shouldn't have any problem at all. I was in a similar situation a year ago where they locked my main paypal account because they found out I had another fake paypal account (didn't use it for months, they randomly found out.) I just had to tell them my main paypal account and that they could lock my fake one and I had no problem. When I made the call I even got in a conversation with the person and we talked about how her daughter sold WoW gold in the past because I had to explain what I was using paypal for lol.
