Paypal Question about claim/cancel

What are the chances of someone recovering their money after you sell them an account on paypal? How will I ensure that I don't get scammed?

Are there any methods other than claim/cancel that would get me into a fool-proof deal?

yeah don't buy/sell accounts.

 

claim/cancel does not 100% prevent charge backs, the new method is by making the buyer send money by gift which reduces charge back greatly.

 

there don't have any method 100% prevent charge backs, i success you use other payment method. like WU, MB, Mail, MG

 

I thought either way they can still claim that they weren't in control of their account at that time, since it seems that's how most people are getting chargedback even after claim/cancel.

 

yeah i use the gift option.
