This guy has obviously scammed alot. I don't see why people don't wait for a few vouches before everyone orders.

Same situation for me. Was also told that he did not have enough funds in Paypal to give a refund at the moment, and can't get a hold of him to figure things out.

If you guys arnt refunded soon, will you dispute? you all have 45 days from when you payed him to dispute, so i'd start thinking about that at the moment..

Can't dispute when you send as gift.. Most it will do it make it to where he can't use the money for a few days.

 

If you guys believe he has scammed all of you, and you all make disputes, PayPal will limit his account, and there's a good chance of you getting the money back.
