Dear Mods Please Read.

Hey guys, I was introduced to sythe on October 2007 by an IRL friend named oxjohnxo. Now, he made his account even before that. The reason he was banned for is, that he "scammed" a whip. Now, speaking on his behalf, me and him shared my account back then. We had over 275M on it, so I see no reason for him to scam a measly whip. But first off, let me tell you the whole story. One day, after completing a slayer task, my freind had found a clue scroll. Now, one of the clue scroll's things to do was you had to go into the fishing guild, but our account only had 60 fishing at the time. So, he went on Sythe and posted that he needed a trainer, and would Vouch if someone completed the task. Now, some random person went on his account, and did all the fishing levels required . Once he completed them though, he said: "I changed the recov's, and I am going to share your acc because I am a great trainer." After calling me, my freind just locked the account. That guy, for some reason thinking that our account would be his new, decided to call my freind a scammer. Now, I dont understand where he got that my freind scammed a whip from him, but what my freind does remember is that their wasn't even msn convo's posted as pictures etc, but a picture of a PM, which was edited. [You can check his PM box, no such message ever existed ]. Now you can also tell this is edited, because my freind tried to keep his grammar as neat as possible, and the message was something along these lines. "YOU BITCH FUCKER BASTARD I SCAM YOU WHIP MUHAHA U NEVER GET BACK I WILL KEP SCAMMING ON HERE SYTHE." I know its stupid, but the person that banned my freind never had time to look it over throughly, or even check the "sent messages" folder. So if someone could please look into it, it would be just great. I know that he has been banned for a very long time without doing anything, but he did not know about a dispute forum. Now, he was banned 8 or 9 months ago I beleive, so if you could not get his account back, would he be able to make a new account? He would very much so like to get his old account though, so heres the username again: oxjohnxo

He should have disputed the ban earlier. If he didn't, he isn't allowed to make a new account.
