-44 runecrafting, not needed

*if 20 defence, quests complete to wear full initiate, if prayer is high, i want to be able to wear initiate as well.

i will NOT be paying for ANY skills that are not listed above. I don't care if you have all 99's in non-combat skills. It's not changing the price if you didn't have a single skill over 2.

I am personally highly doubting the findings of such an account, but if i do find it, i'd like to buy it for
