Selling 118/127 Account[paypal]

I'm selling this account im looking for at least 150$ though paypal, i will not go first under any circumstances as people have tried to scam me multiple times.

I Rarely play runescape anymore so there is absolutly no reason for me to scam you.

The account has 99 str almost 99 atk. It has all quest done but the most recent one. The Account has 13m on and about 3m in random items in the bank. I also have about a 5-10m house with mostly maxed out items for my level.
