This account has been scammed TWICE in the past month.

They both recovered their wow account about a week after the trade, and sadly they are not banned.

The second guy dropped the fire cape that was on the account, so the account DID have a fire cape, but the scammer dropped it. The account is fully capable of getting another one (I got it at level 88).
