Buying high-level account [paypal]

So yeah, I'm not going to go into any long threads like all the others are so I'll get straight to the point.

I'm buying a high level account (prefer 120+) with at least 99 in two of the following: strength, attack, hitpoints, range, defense, magic

I'm buying it with cash on it, which means 30M or more (I'm not paying for gigantic amounts! I have a budget)

Firecape is a plus, no summoning is a gigantic enormous unexplainable plus, and 94 or magic more is a plus. Also, as it is a level 120+ (or something around that), it'd obviously have to have all the standard quests done for it (desert treasure, lost city and monkey madness are obvious ones).

Black marks decrease the value of the account. I'm never, ever, EVER, EVER, EVER going first. You will either be going first or you will pay for an official or pending official (with application completed) MM. I'm not stupid, I'm not getting scammed. All MM's will be checked via PM, etc.

PayPal payments will be claimed & cancelled when everything is confirmed on the account by me or if you chose an MM, the MM. You will give me all the information to the account including, well, everything. I will be recovering the account instead of you giving me the password right away which will ensure the information is correct unless you can find me a better way or if you are trustworthy enough to not have to do that.

Offer accounts with pictures and proof of no recoveries or bank pin, stats and items/cash on it. Include the price you're selling it for (I'm no good at offering, but I know overpricing when I see it).

Idiots will be shot. Survivors will be shot again.

I guess this did turn out to be long. Start offering those accounts!

Final note: If you do not want RL cash (paypal), tell me if you're interested in a STEAM account with 52 games. Is VAC banned from some games, though.
