My Paypal is limited again because some stupid kid charged back, I tried to call them but they keep telling me I need proof of delivery... anyways - My Paypal is verified. - Had this account for pretty long and no problems... 1. Why would Paypal not let me get my money if the transaction for the money isn't disputed? 2. Does money disappear if I don't redraw? Do fish get thirsty? Take the dumb test now. no gtfo imageshack .
well idk man but i can tell you how to do a safe no chargeback transaction tell them to go to http://manycam.com and when they're done downloading to set it to sources > partial desktop and watch their webcam in the convorsation window after that tell them to send the money "as a gift" NO chargebacks AT ALL
My paypal account once had a chargeback, I spent the money before it got the chargeback so now I got -250 $ and I have no intention in paying that back. Have a nice day paypal.
