Can you tell a little about your "friend who is unable to sell it himself"? I'm not sure if I'm able to trust him from not recovering his account. Although your trustworthiness is nearly undeniable, it is HIS account. How trusted is he?

 

He's the (in)famous Chriscross, who was TWC'd after originally being convinced that he had scammed someone 2 years ago. Numerous disputes and staff polls followed, and Chris was finally permanently banned after several staff polls. There's never been any proof released (besides him apparently admitting it to Tyro; it's a complicated story, and the story should be mostly retrievable in the dispute archive.

Regardless, he has my vouch.
