Look in the skilling services in the blackmarket, you may find someone there.

Im guessing you want a large about of PC done. You could look for someone here but its hard to find someone dedicated to a large job.

JUst go on sythe forums and look in skilling section and get someone trusted to do it for you.

 

Sythe is safer than other sites.
