Rsbot ever hack you?

i bought a account of someone from sythe about 3 months ago and everything was good. i use rsbot on it alot and it just got hacked, waiting to see if i can recover it. is there any way rsbot could of hacked me?

 

No. You got scammed, or downloaded a dodgy RSBot client.

I used RSBot for around 8 months straight before, and nothing went wrong.

Yes. People sell, wait for a while for you to level it up and such and then recover it at a later date.

 

If you downloaded this bot from a third-party site, then it's possible you could've downloaded a keylogged-copy. But as you say you downloaded it from the official site, then you definitely got hacked. Either that or your computer has viruses on it.

I suggest you run a full scan.

 

Or the guy recovered the account 3 months later. When I bought an account from someone here they waited almost a year before recovering it.

 

Rsbot will never steal your password, as said above if you bought the account off of someone they more than likely recovered it. You didn't give out your rsbot to anyone did you?

I used rsbot like for 5 months got a couple 99's from it and never got scammed.... and yea my friend bought an account from here like 6 months ago and it got recoerved back like after 5 months so it was probably that.

You were obviously scammed, or perhaps you computer has a keylogger, i suggest you go to recover your account and see if it has recovery questions, if it does not and it did before, scammed. Either way, it wasn't rsbot, that's for sure.
