Paypal scammer Issue!

I recently paid 50$ for someone to buy me haypi kingdom coins.

Once I paid he ignored me and usually I would be fine and chargeback but I paid a certain way and it does not allow me to chargeback.

I emailed them(no answer yet) and tryed to dispute a different way(different country issue) and it was instantly closed.

I have proof of no coins and the seller ignoring me.

This was not done through sythe, anyone have any recommendations?

 

As it's virtual goods, unless you can prove the transaction was unauthorized (which you cant) there isn't really a way to get your money back because virtual goods are not protected. I think the only way you could try and do a charge back is by calling the bank that authorized you your card.

 

call the card company. say it was unauthorised, i.e your kid

 

I would call paypal and explain them case. PayPal doesnt cover virtual transaction so most likely you'll get payment back as you can say item was not delivered (if you stated delivery address). If it was friends/family just say guy wanted to avoid fees and asked you to send it as friends/family then he ignored you, that should do

I took your advice and called and talked to a agent. They helped me out and refunded me after hearing my situation.

Did not know you could not dispute friends/family, should have known something was up when he said to send it that way. Was my first time using a different guy and i learned my lesson lol not worth the couple bucks i could have saved.
