-Must have zero black marks ( I can make exceptions)
-You must be the original owner
-No emails or recovery questions must be set (obviously)
-You must provide legit and coherent information regarding the account

The account's holiday items
-Bunny ears (MUST have)
-Easter ring (MUST have)
etc. (any other holiday items)

The account's skills and level
-All combat skills must not exceed 75 (except for magic and range)
-Must have zero 99 skills
-I am not looking for an account with high skills
