PayPal Reversing Payment?

Figured I might as well post in here since I'm sure there will be people in the future who get tricked/scammed. So I bought a watch off a site (not sure if I can say but its called iOffer) and the dude has a listing up but when you check the sellers profile it says he doesn't have any listings, and when you look at his selling activity all the people who bought items from him reversed the payment. I'm wondering once I made a "claim" how long does it usually take for PayPal to check it out, and what would my outcome most likely be? I gave a very good description and everything and said I can take screenshots of the attempts of me contacting him, and him just ignoring.

EDIT: Forgot to ask, If I do win, which I better. How will I receive my money back? I used my card to buy through paypal, so does it go back on to the card? or do i get a credit?
