    Credit Card Verifying?

My friend needs to make a PayPal and has speculated about whether he should sneak off his mother's credit card to verify and then remove the credit card from his account. His question is:

When verifying an account with PayPal with a credit card, do you get notified in any way by your credit card company (online, mail, phone, etc.)?

I'd like people with experience ONLY to answer this question.

    Thanks in advance.

    Credit Card Verifying?

Not even, They won't call you or anything, once you link your card to your PayPal account, there will be a 4 digit/letter code on the statement only. Once you get that code you can verify it and then take it off, but if she does read the statements then he'll have to explain, they only charge the CC $2.95 and then they debit into your PayPal account after verification.
