Paypal Question...

Hey Sythe, quick question.

I was recently in talks with someone who was selling a beta key for dota 2,
I was willing to go first and pay the individual through Paypal... However the individual not only wanted me to pay first, but to wait a full 48 hours "to make sure the Paypal account wasn't stolen"

Is waiting 48 hours after paying someone thru Paypal common practice?
Or should something like that be setting off warning signals?

3. No it is not, but there has been a lot of scamming with Paypal lately, so people takes their precautions, though that 48 thing is stupid imho.
