PayPal question - payments with hacked paypals..

First of all, yes I saw the sticky but if I'd post in there I won't get any reactions..

So here's the story. Someone wanted to buy gold from me (RSGP) worth a total of $160. He send me it and everything went fine, gifted aswell. A little bit later I got more gold and I asked if he wanted more.
He said yes and I sold him again but for more this time. This time it was $275. Later in the evening I checked my paypal and saw the payment of the $275 was "temporary held".
So I decided to resolve the claim. A day later the other payment was on temporary hold aswell. So I clicked to see what the reason was and it said "unauthorized payment claim" so I'm guessing he was using a hacked paypal.
I talked to someone else that got scammed by the guy aswell and he told me the scammer payed him from a different email. So I was right, it was a hacked paypal.
Now the question is, is there any way I can win a "dispute" against a hacked paypal? I've submitted chat logs, PM's on sythe and ingame pictures of me giving him the gold.
Is there anything else I can do? Would appreciate it if someone could help me.

I'm also on -$160 negative balance now.. If I don't get my money back will paypal do anything about that?
