Paypal Problem

Hey guys well few nights ago this Leecher/No Vouched adds me and says ill buy your Hybrid account..

He then sends a little too much money and says 'Can you refuse please i dont have that much in my account' So i said ' Ye Sure '

then he sends the money again ' the right ammount '

I see the money then accepted it and said ' Ok i will put the password as ****** '

He says ' Ok cool cool ' then constantly spamming me have you done it? etc etc

I then click over to my Paypal Account to check and he has done this...

Called him a scammer and said nice try then blocked him..

Few days later im getting this from paypal and not sure what to do..



How can i refund when he has Held? and no money has been transferred at all..

Little help i would really appreciate! if the right person gives me help and its all sorted and will to pay you 10$...
