Paypal problem!

i got this paypal for my account and it has 50usd on it.But the thing is,i cant send it to my other paypal account because it has limit 0usd.i cant verify it too...how could i get the money?

 

uhh all I know is to verify sorry I think its only way
verifying is free..
use your parents bank card or cc or something paypal only has access to money if you add funds it is not directly connected

 

also sorry for double posting but you can make Canadian accounts which don't have a 0$ limit

he says he CANT verify it.
And sorry dude, but you cant get it off theer in any way, unless you bought a $25 visa giftcard, and put to yer paypal, that is if you dont have acess to a reg card.
