    PayPal problem. ( Unresolving issuie)

So I sold ALOT of items/stuff online and my paypal has 1200$ USD.

PayPal limited me @ 700$ and i tried withdrawing 400$ into my bank. Since then they wanted me to verify my identity, so I did providing my license & proof of address.

IM NOT WAITING 180days for my funds..

They can't do this to me? I uploaded my documents and it got approved etc?

    Anyone help please?

    Now they email me saying:

sounds like a few of your sellers requested refunds and paypal is basicly telling you to refund them although im no expert on the matter.
I think it is a little bs to you hope all goes well in obtaining the money before you 180 days(which is in 2011 i think)

They are adamant on not allowing you to touch the money for 180 days which is the max amount of time that a dispute is valid for investigation.

There is nothing you can do but wait the 180 days to withdraw your funds. If you trust your buyers, you could try refunding the payments and request them send it to you in a different paypal/method.

Im ringing them after school today, there is no way they can do this.

I gave them what they wanted, the end result was pointless, why make me do this effort if the outcome was going to turn this way.

I think they do it so they have the time to tie up any loose ends or proceed with re-investigations if something new comes up.

They should atleast let me use the funds that are avalil. They are probably worried I'd spend all of it and then having a negative balance IF they dispute/win win.

They all been gifted,, 70% of time the time they tried to claim by "unauthorized" which obviously failed

Callnig them in 1 hr or so. IMMA RAGE TILL I GETS MA MONEYZZ.

Sigh. I here it's going to be tough, but its worth a try. Im not waiting till 2011 feb for my funds seriously.

They won't release them to you. Sometimes the unauthorized payments are actually unauthorized. Stolen Paypals are definitely not unheard of.
